Calmity is a gentle space that helps people return to calm when emotions run high, whether the cause is stress or something else. It was created by David, who wanted a quiet, pressure-free place to turn to.
The approach
Everything here is written in a calm, warm voice with plain language and soft design, so it is easy to take in when you are not at your best. Nothing is urgent, nothing is assumed, and every step is optional.
Five principles
- Calm first. The tone of every page is steady and unhurried.
- No pressure. There is no urgency, no deadlines and nothing you have to complete.
- No assumptions. We don’t presume to know your situation, only offer what may help.
- One small step. Suggestions are tiny and optional, never a long list of tasks.
- Honest limits. Calmity is guidance, not treatment and not a crisis service.
What Calmity is not
Calmity does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or emergency support. It is general, supportive information. If you need help from a person, see Contact & Help.
Where to go next
Visit the Support Hub to find the page that fits what you are feeling, or return to the home page.
Calmity is a calm guidance space, not a crisis service. If you need immediate help, please see Contact & Help. In Australia, call Lifeline on 13 11 14, or 000 in an emergency.
